Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision/LLM (Remote)

The role

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help build production-grade AI solutions focused on Computer Vision and modern ML systems. If you enjoy having real impact on product direction, making key technical decisions, and working on real-world AI applications - this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications

• Work on AI-driven features involving Computer Vision and LLM-based workflows

• Build and optimize ML inference pipelines for scalability and performance

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

• Improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment processes

• Work with image/video processing pipelines and production ML systems

• Support experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI-related roles

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

• Experience building and deploying ML systems in production environments

• Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and model optimization

• Practical experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV

• Experience with GPU-accelerated inference workflows (TensorRT, CUDA)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML deployment workflows

• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1+, English B2+)
