About the Role

This role is offered through the Tamheer Program and is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience across residential and hospitality projects. As a Junior Interior Designer within Flow’s Design & Development team in Riyadh, you’ll support the team from concept through construction, working closely with architects, consultants, and vendors on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of interior design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
Assist with space planning, finishes, furniture, lighting, and material selections.
Prepare and update design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Support the preparation of FF&E specifications and material schedules.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Assist with design reviews, sample evaluations, documentation, and project files.
Research materials, suppliers, and cost-effective design solutions.
Support the design team throughout the project’s design and construction stages.

What We’re Looking for

Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Basic proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Good creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
A portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or professional design work.
Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate.
