To develop, maintain and support the Flexera DIS database with application recognition, normalization and categorization Data. In addition, a senior can do one or more tasks out of: Scrum master, Solve and analyze complex problems, transfer knowledge to the team, involve in problem and solution discovery, handle customer or stakeholder communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
Solves complex customer problems.
Identifies problem areas in recognition, normalization or categorization.
Coach and help Analysts
Facilitate Analyst team in daily operations and agile work. Collaborate with other teams to remove obstacles.
Communicates and handles interaction for POC’s, Support cases with both internal and external stakeholders.
Technical skills Required
Show experience and skills in Data Analytical work and SNOW Problem Domain.
Self-driven and add to the success of the team even outside role.
Can interact and handle end customer and SNOW internal interactions in a professional manner.
Can solve complex problems independently
Can coach/help others grow, learn and succeed
Can drive business or support cases by themselves.
Avid Communicator.
Think and act proactively and plan-ahead.
Bachelor of science degree or similar.
