Job Summary

岗位职责

负责电子产品测试工装及辅助设备的设计开发，包括：

• ICT测试治具
• FCT测试治具
• EOL测试工装
• 老化测试夹具
• 气动测试夹具
• 测量检具
• 自动化测试工装

根据测试需求独立完成工装方案设计、3D结构设计及工程图纸输出。 与测试工程师协同完成测试方案验证及工装开发。 负责工装打样、试产验证及问题改善。 跟进工装制造、组装、调试及验收过程。 对测试过程中发现的问题进行分析改善，提高测试效率和稳定性。 建立和维护工装设计标准、技术文档及BOM资料。

任职要求

教育背景

• 本科及以上学历；
• 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造相关专业。

工作经验

• 3年以上机械设计经验；
• 具有测试工装夹具设计实际项目经验；
• 有电子产品测试行业背景优先。

专业技能

测试工装设计能力（重点要求）

• 熟悉ICT、FCT测试工装设计原理；
• 熟悉Pogo Pin、针床、定位机构设计；
• 熟悉气动夹紧机构设计；
• 熟悉测试工装可靠性和重复定位设计；
• 熟悉测试治具结构优化及维护方案；
• 具有多项目并行开发经验。

机械设计能力

• 熟悉机械结构设计原理；
• 熟悉公差分析及尺寸链设计；
• 熟悉工程图规范及装配设计；
• 能独立完成测试夹具开发全过程。

制造工艺能力

• 熟悉CNC加工工艺；
• 熟悉机械零件加工及装配流程；
• 了解钣金加工、3D打印及机加工工艺；
• 具备DFM设计能力。

软件能力

熟练使用以下一种或多种设计工具：

• SolidWorks
• Creo（Pro/E）
• Inventor
• AutoCAD

能够独立完成3D建模及工程图输出。
