Our client is a high-growth European tech scale-up on a mission to redefine how the world consumes. They believe in a collaborative economy where smart technology makes sustainable, second-hand trade the global norm.
Operating as a major cross-border marketplace in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, they manage a massive ecosystem with hundreds of millions of products. Their goal is to blend the trust of traditional classifieds with the seamless convenience of a modern marketplace.

✅ In this role, you will:


  • Optimize Gradle configurations and custom plugins to slash build times.
  • Evolve our automated "Release Engine" so shipping to millions is a non-event.
  • Standardize modular architectures and DI patterns (Dagger/Anvil) for the entire Android chapter.
  • Use metrics to hunt down bottlenecks in the dev lifecycle and fix them.
  • Scale mobile infrastructure using AWS and Infrastructure as Code.

✅ For this job, you must:


  • Find genuine joy in making your colleagues' lives easie.
  • You’ve written custom plugins and understand the configuration phase inside out.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-module projects and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
  • You’re comfortable with profilers and monitoring tools to kill ANRs and memory leaks.
  • Strong Kotlin/Android SDK skills, plus a comfort level with Python and a curiosity for AWS.

🚀 What Would Be A Plus:


  • Experience with Gradle Enterprise (Develocity) or writing custom Gradle plugins.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or basic AWS management.
  • Previous experience in a Developer Experience (DevEx) or Mobile Infra role.
  • Experience managing Design Systems from an infrastructure perspective (theming engines, token automation).
