About the Role
The role involves leading the design and development of a full-stack platform using Django and React. You will build adaptive backend services, create interactive dashboards, and guide a small engineering team. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative logistics technology solutions from concept to deployment.
- Lead scalable backend development using Django REST Framework for asset tracking and route optimization.
- Manage the design and architecture of the entire platform, including backend, frontend, and database systems.
- Build responsive, real-time React dashboards to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure secure, high-performance, and high-capacity systems through strong coding and architecture practices.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, maintain code quality, and mentor engineers to uphold best practices.
- Continuously explore the emerging technologies to enhance digital logistics performance and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development across backend, frontend, and database systems.
Skills
- Proficiency in full-stack development using Python (Django REST Framework), React.js, and relational databases.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, API design, and secure, scalable system development.
- Ability to build real-time dashboards, integrate data workflows, and optimize application performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with clear technical communication skills.
