Fitmate Coach currently provides motivational coaches to help people stick to their health plans, starting with weight loss. Our unique solution tackles people’s main problem of staying motivated, by combining human coaches (on tasks that can’t be automated) alongside automation tools, e.g. generative AI, to make sure the service is affordable, scalable and available truly on demand. Is this role for you?

Join us at an exciting time as we scale up our client base, having found product market fit for our consumer subscription business. Working closely with the founder and industry experts, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer acquisition channels, including paid social, paid search, email, affiliates, organic social, and referrals
  • Report on campaign performance to summarize insights and propose actional next steps
  • Conceptualize and plan A/B tests across channels to improve conversion rate and reduce CAC 
  • Work with creative personnel from the briefing to feedback process to obtain high performance creative that clearly communicates brand value propositions
  • Identify opportunities for other acquisition and brand initiatives through data analysis and market research, propose a plan and work cross-functionally to manage execution 
  • Proactively communicate conflicting priorities between your responsibilities; seek to explicitly gain alignment with manager and other stakeholders.

You’ll be a great fit if you meet these requirements:

  2. Experience running paid channels efficiently (ideally for a consumer subscription business)
  3. Ability to work at rapid iterations of tests to improve performance
  4. Dig deep into the details (eg. down to keywords and ad optimization) without reliance on the agency
  5. Rigorous methodic approach to test various hypothesis
  6. A strong sense of marketing to consumers (eg ad copy, headlines, etc)
  7. An ability to deeply reflect our value proposition to differentiate us in a crowded space
