What are we looking for!
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing robust server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Familiarity with databases and AWS cloud services is essential.
Responsibilities
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI). Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend and third-party systems.
Database Management:
- Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and performance.
Cloud Deployment (AWS):
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc. Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and scalability.
Code Quality & Collaboration:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and frontend developers.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in backend development using Python.
- Strong knowledge of at least one framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
- Working experience with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
