Position

We are looking for an experienced backend engineer who loves technology, can take ownership of the projects, is able to design and implement solutions to complex problems, feels proud of their craft and is excited to be part of a team re-shaping the definition of corporate banking applications. You would be joining a team of engineers who are working on building FISPAN’s accounting software integrations and plugins.

Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years experience as a software developer. 
• 4+ years working with Java, well-versed with Java 17 and above.
• 4+ years experience with databases - relational (Postgres) & non-relational (MongoDB)
• Very strong knowledge of distributed systems, and microservices architecture
• Should have Testing experience using Unit/Integration/Performance tests.
• Good to have some leadership experience.
• Decent knowledge of modern cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes..
• Good to have startup experience
• Experience with integrating external APIs in a efficient matter
• Nice to have experience with Frontend technologies like React/Javascript.
• Nice to have experience working with ERPs (e.g. Netsuite or Quickbooks Online)

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $119,000 - $143,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
