Technical Project Manager

Buscamos un Project manager para liderar un squad encargado de todo el soporte de negocio, soporte de incidentes, seguimientos de incidentes, seguimiento de backlog asociado a los incidentes, soporte de aplicaciones, procesos de patching de servidores y validación de aplicaciones y la gestión de todo lo relacionado a la continuidad de negocio de las aplicaciones que custodiamos.

Formarás parte de un talentoso equipo de soporte de software que trabaja en aplicaciones de misión crítica. Entre los deberes y las responsabilidades del Project manager y/o scrum development/support team será la gestión del equipo que dará soporte a las aplicaciones, determinará los bugs, correjirá los mismos con un fix y participará de todos los procesos de regulación y/o compliance de la corporación, como DR (disaster recovery, compliance de seguridad, etc).

Se requieren un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en el cargo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones de baja latencia y alto volumen para sistemas de misión crítica con una alta disponibilidad y rendimiento.
  • Contribuir en todas las fases de soporte de aplicaciones y en el desarrollo de fixes en las aplicaciones y microservicios.
  • Controlar y asegurar los SLA de los distintos servicios con el cliente.
  • Asegurar que los incidentes estén reproducidos, controlados y en proceso de avance en sus distintos estadios hasta su resolución completa.
  • Preparar y producir las versiones de los componentes del software.
  • Identificar y analizar los requisitos de los usuarios.
  • Revisar, probar y depurar el código de los miembros del equipo.
  • Documentar las fases de desarrollo.
  • Garantizar que nuestras aplicaciones sean seguras y estén actualizadas.
  • Garantizar que las aplicaciones sigan el compliance de la Cia, haciendo cumplir todas las definiciones de compliance.
  • Gestionar al equipo de soporte BAU/soporte de incidentes y compliance.

Requisitos:

Cursando carrera en ciencias informáticas, ingeniería o en una materia relacionada

Experiencia práctica demostrada en el soporte de software, servidores, bases de datos y desarrollo de software.

Experiencia laboral demostrada liderando equipos de TI y/o en el desarrollo/soporte de aplicaciones.

Experiencia en metodologías ágiles/Scrum.

Experiencia en el desarrollo de software guiado por pruebas (TDD y/o BDD).

Experiencia en priorizaciones de tareas, identificando con claridad la criticidad y el impacto.

Experiencia en el control de entregables, presupuesto y alcance de necesidades y requerimientos.

Experiencia en en gestionar y asegurar el proceso de Agile/scrum.

Facilitar la ejecución del proceso y los mecanismos para el cumplimiento de las tareas y compromisos.

Eliminar impedimentos, ayudar a superar los caminos críticos que van surgiendo en la organización y que afectan la capacidad para entregar valor.
