What does an outstanding Oracle EBS Developer do at Fiserv?

Payments Tech is looking for talented Oracle EBS Developer to join our Acquiring Backend team. The ability to think tactically as well as strategically and to articulate your expectations to a mixed team of engineers, senior level developers is critical to the success in this role. In addition to these important skills, it is imperative that you can summarize functional issues relating to software implementation, function, and upgrades and to prepare written and verbal updates to senior level management.

Additionally, you will focus using analytical and troubleshooting skills to provide project participation, support continuity. Teamwork and creativity are essential to this role. As a go-to point of questions, you will be challenged with resolving client impacting issues in a fast-paced environment.

What You will do:

• Work with multiple programs/applications on projects of moderate complexity and work with project team member.
• Performs coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of Billing platform programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the Finance, SCM, Reports technology, and business needs driving the projects and works collaboratively with Member service departments.
• Participates in application development and maintenance.
• Estimate tasks, perform impact analysis, develop unit and test plans, identifies opportunities to improve testing process.
• Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved and proactively identifies areas for improvement.
• Investigate, analyse, and resolve complex technical problems. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations. Responds with urgency to incidents and service requests.

What you will need to have:

• 5-10 Years of first-hand technical development Experience in Oracle EBS Suite.
• Work experience in CEMLI/RICE.
• Expert in using Tools like Toad, SQL developer and SQL Plus.
• Capable of integrating Third party tools with Oracle Apps Databases.
• Expertise in creating Interfaces through Standard API's and Interface Table and data loading.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expertise in Forms Builder, Reports Builder, Workflow Builder, PL/SQL, and XML Publisher.
• Working experience on Unix Shell Scripting.
• Good to have - Knowledge and experience in OAF development and XML Gateway.
• Remediating EBS objects for EBR Compliance.
• Good in Customizations and Form personalization. Understands the best practices and standards of CEMLI/RICE.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from EBS tables.
• Hands on experience on Data Conversion/Migrations.

What would be nice/great to have:

• Expertise in Oracle Forms (Development and Personalization), BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflows. OAF experience will be preferable.
• Good knowledge on functional flows FIN (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash management, AP/AR) and SCM (procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
• Good Knowledge of Oracle EBS DB structure, integration and impacts between modules.
• Be a team player and strive for the success of the team and the client.
