What does a successful Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional II do at Fiserv ?

• This is a Client Facing role and responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the Client Service Team.
• Act as a key interface between client, users, internal Fiserv and partner development teams.

What will you do:

• QA checks on changes being done on the platform - Ensure that the solutions deployed are robust, scalable and there are no major functional/performance issues prior to the implementation.
• Help Product and Marketing Groups to convert the Idea to a Solution for Business products with the help of Business solution Team.
• Own & manage client relations for BAU, Incident Management, Parameter Changes with the help of internal/external teams and stakeholders.
• Drives Functional understating, Changes and System Implementation, UAT testing & signoff with the help of Fiserv internal teams.
• Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Develop and maintain implementation best practices, documentation procedures and standards.

What will you need to know:    

• 8 to 11 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of VisionPLUS platform.
• Excellent understanding of Credit Card eco-system and system architecture.
• Experience on designing and implementing a solution for digital onboarding and underwriting. Prior experience of implementing/migrating /supporting Credit Cards systems.
• Should have working knowledge of technology frameworks like API management, File transfers, Change control, Application management etc. Should have understanding of security protocols used in Credit Cards related systems.
• Experience in defect management/troubleshooting for Credit Cards applications. Should be result oriented and must think of all aspects like business, customer, reputation, regulatory impact etc.

What would be great to have:

• Good in preparing and reviewing technical documentation like BRDs, FSD, and Architecture diagrams etc is added advantage.
