Software Development Engineering – Sr Professional

TITLE:                                 Software Development Engineering – Sr Professional

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Maintain software architecture for multiple 3rd party software products, including IBM On Demand and Content Navigator, ASG Mobius View and View Direct, and enChoice encryption suite. Implement enhancements and customizations, and provide support to those systems using Fiserv architecture and security standards. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system down application issues with 24x7 availability. Design application features and implement features into applications using Java technologies while following OWASP coding best practices. Resolve security vulnerabilities associated with applications in a timely manner, as prescribed by security policy.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving experience developing and maintaining archive applications. Prior experience must include: 4 years working in secure coding procedures and remediating application vulnerabilities using Fortify; 4 years of Java based development using Apache Maven, Struts Framework, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring REST web services, JavaScript, and JQuery; 4 years of REST and SOAP Web Services; 4 years of Unix programming using shell scripts; 3 years of Java based development using Spring Batch; 3 years working with DB2 databases; 3 years of project lifecycle and project management; 3 years working with secure transmissions; and 2 years translating vendor documentation into system designs.
