About the team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team at Worldpay as the India CIO Leader. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our people and the delivery of services to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and satisfaction.

What you will be doing-

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in CIO processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular updates on CIO progress for team management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.

People management & stakeholder Communication:

  • Analyzing and assessing employee performance.
  • Problem solving and handling conflicts between employees.
  • Sponsor and support employee engagement activities.
  • Improve employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Provide leadership for those involved in one or more information systems function, e.g., development, design and optimization, implementation and/or maintenance of technical information systems platforms for a specific user group or organizational unit.
  • Serve as India central point of contact for internal stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of priorities.

Hiring:

  • End to end hiring responsibilities.
  • You will work with the internal India hiring team and onsite manager to ensure talent is boarded to Worldpay.
  • Create hiring dashboards.
  • Responsible for effective onboarding

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 15+ years management experience
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of effectively orchestrating and guiding multiple stakeholders from a wide variety of teams.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, team building, conflict, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

Added bonus if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of principles, theories, practices, and techniques for making activities related to planning, managing, and implementing software projects and programs
  • Broad knowledge of architecture of enterprise level information technology hardware, e.g., WAN, LAN and computer systems and peripherals and software platforms
  • Experience with emerging technology issues and trends
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
