What you will be doing:

As a Supply Chain Director, you will have the opportunity to:

• Guide and mentor a team sharing your knowledge of the Technology Market.

• Responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery.

• Crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from requirements gathering through delivery of products and services, while leveraging technology to enhance performance.

• Lead complex negotiations with medium to large, global, strategic suppliers for products and services consumed by FIS and its customers in the US and internationally.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and experience

• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or sourcing, preferably in technology categories (computer hardware, software, AI, telecom and third-party data center services). Some managerial experience preferred as well.

• Experience with Oracle ERP, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and project management software tools

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
