What you will be doing -

• Works with Onshore Tech Leads to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently, meets business requirements, stays within scope, and is delivered on time 
• Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks involving mainframe technologies. 
• Responsible for building new / enhance mainframe Cobol programs / JCLs, use mainframe utilizes tools to complete the tasks,
• Run mainframe batch jobs, monitor and trouble shoot any roadblocks with the batch processes in collaboration with the onshore project leads
• Continually improve quality of the deliverables 

• Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively. 
• Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment 

What you bring -

• Overall 4 to 5 years of Testing Experience (Manual & Automation Testing). Experience in BFSI, Retirement domain preferred.
• Strong understanding of testing fundamentals (SDLC, STLC), Defect Lifecycle, Test Plan, Test Strategy.
• Must have scripting & debugging experience in any of automation tool like Selenium Java, Protractor or Cypress. Should be able to script independently once manually tested any functionality.
• Should have experience in End to End Testing or System testing, database testing (DB validations). Experience of Performance testing using JMeter will be added advantage.
• Must have worked in Agile model. Understanding of Scrum ceremonies, Product Backlog etc. required.
• Should be good team player, quick learner and out of the box thinker. Should work with ownership and accountability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Qualification: BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/ computer)
