About the team:

Team manages FIS EBT Government Solutions system, which is a processing system that manages, supports, and controls the electronic payment of US government food, cash, and childcare benefits for the purchase of goods and services in a retail environment, and distribution of cash in a bank network and retail environment.  Connex on HP switches, POS Applications, IVR Applications, IBM Reporting, Settlement and other Multiple web and Standalone utilities comprises of FIS EBT products. The technologies used are J2EE - Ionic V3 – Spring MicroServices – Hibernate, Struts, HP NonStop SQL, Oracle, Connex, Delphi, Rest API.

What you will be doing:

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts using SAFAL, Postman, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
  • Performs end-to-end testing of large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research.
  • Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
  • Controls and manages own daily test activities.
  • Provides internal quality assurance.
  • Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
  • Organizes and maintains the test script library in TestRail/Zephyr.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as Quality Analyst
• Selenium with Java or Protractor
• Banking and Switch knowledge - ISO8583 Data Elements, Transaction Processing
• Experience in Connex / Non-Stop SQL/IBM Mainframe
• Experience in POS Device Testing
• Experience in IVR Testing
• Experience in Web Application Testing
• Knowledge in Defect Management Tool like JIRA
• Knowledge in Test Management Tool like Zephyr/TestRail
• DB knowledge, sql queries
• API testing using Postman etc.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, CI
• Experience in Agile
• Manual testing

Qualification: BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/ computer)
