About the role:

  • This role supports 10+ UI modernization projects, along with this also owns and supports extensively used Zeno library across Capital Markets UI projects.

About the team:

  • Capital Markets is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, and wealth and retirement.
  • You will be part of UI/UX CoE team which is a horizontal CoE for Capital Markets that helps our businesses to brings product to market more efficiently with UX and delivery acceleration.
  • You will be joining the Capital Markets UI team to accelerate the delivery of cutting-edge Enterprise scale Angular products.

What you will be doing:

  • Working as an individual contributor on delivery of user interfaces (UI) using Angular and custom frameworks.
  • Building self-contained and testable application modules and components.
  • Write Unit-test and application debugging using tools and techniques.
  • Develop re-usable components and library elements to accelerate cross-product development.
  • Contribute to the CoE charter including collaboration, workshops, and publishing.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • 7+ years of enterprise software development experience with more than 2 years of Angular 2+ experience
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML, and CSS, RESTful API integration.
  • Knowledge of Core JavaScript, Typescript, Material Design, NPM, NodeJS.
  • Basic understanding of SOLID, SoC and DRY.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Good to have knowledge of Sonar, ES Lint, Unit testing, RxJs, JavaScript Object Oriented programing.
