Senior Lead Engineer - Testing (Manual, QA Automation))

About the Team:
 

It’s are basically Loan Origination systems. These are intuitive websites which efficiently help obtain the customers product eligibility and pricing, and then submits electronic home equity, mortgage and consumer applications securely. These systems allow borrowers to apply for loans online that are electronically submitted to a lender's back end. The  advanced workflows and screen designs enhance navigation and processing speed, while comprehensive data improves loan quality and reduces risk and decisioning time.

The candidate will be required to manage the quality assurance part and manage the discussions with the offshore and onshore teams.

What you will be doing:

• QA Testing with a demonstrated experience of 4-5 years in the industry

• Automation (Selenium + Java, UFT) added advantage

• Testing Techniques (Functional, Regression, Integration, UI Testing, Security Testing)

• Creation, execution & management of test cases or scripts

• Knowledge of Test Rail and Jira will be an added advantage

• Should be able to build, maintain and support test environments

• Assisting in analyzing requirements to develop a written test plan

• Should be able to work and manage multiple projects as the subject matter expert with minimal supervision

• Documenting, tracking, and verifying defects and enhancements

• Database Testing, SQL Server, Queries

• Prior experience of onshore offshore coordination

• Good Communication skills

Added Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services

• Knowledge of banking or Financial services industry

• Knowledge of object-oriented development tools, techniques and principles with expertise in at least one object-oriented language

• Knowledge of functions, features and components of existing and planned operating systems and applications

• Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs

• Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving

• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded

• Ability to deliver results under pressure

• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors and public.
