About this Team:

Technology operations team supports the Desktop and Operation system related issues to end users including the Level 1 support for Network and Servers. Also they are responsible for Asset management.

What you will be doing:

  • L2/L3 Technical support for OS & application.
  • Installation & troubleshooting software on the desktop & server. Troubleshooting experience in Server Hardware’s and Storage
  • Experience in Patch (WSUS) and Antivirus Administration. WSUS, Mcafee, ADS, Group Policy administration experience
  • Tech support for all Senior management & leadership team.
  • Install and troubleshooting Windows and MAC Operating System & Desktop. Mentor the Helpdesk and Techops team and support Tech operations
  • Software and application installation. Vulnerability Mitigations for servers, desktops, and laptops.
  • Patching support on Desktops and servers (Windows & Linux). Follow-up with engineers / respective groups for ticket resolution
  • Should provide various reports demanded by FIS from time to time. Report generation for daily / weekly / monthly / periodic review.

What you bring:

  • Should have 5 to 8 Yrs of hands-on experience in Windows/ Linux Operating System, Server installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge on to build and install Windows, Mac OS environments, products, and applications. Knowledge on Workstation, notebook and peripheral setup & configurations.
  • Knowledge on Identify, log and resolve technical problems for all brand Hardware standard . Offsite access for users and remote troubleshooting
  • Tools such as: Anti-virus software, Security tool platforms or Microsoft active directory,  Virtual Private Network (VPN) configurations
  • Knowledge on Identify, log and resolve technical problems with Software Applications and Network systems. Good understanding of Computer Support, diagnose, troubleshooting skills based on end user Technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting and problem isolation by implementing Systems patches. Excellent speaking and written communication ability. Excellent Technical problem-solving and Apps , multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work 24/7 Rotational Shifts and regularly from office.
