About the team

FIS Front Arena is a leading global provider of financial software. We build systems for financial trading, risk management and position control, and support the whole process from sell-side to buy-side, front-to-back.

What you will be doing

· Creating and maintaining automated test scripts

· Preparing and executing test plans along with all other aspects of software testing

· Identifying, logging and tracking of software defects

· Interpret functional requirements and translate them into test requirements

· Analyzing complex platform problems

· Working on designing and implementing CI pipeline testing stages

What you bring

· Agile Software Methodology Experience

· Understands software development life cycle process and various testing techniques including a proficiency in system testing

· Good knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages or test management tools (Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, TestRail, Jira...)

· Relational Database Knowledge – SQL

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Linux and Windows fundamentals

Added bonus if you have experience

· With financial markets, equity and fixed income securities and related back office processing

· With communication protocols for exchange of securities transaction information (i.e. Financial Information Exchange - FIX protocol)

· ISTQB certified or higher desirable

· Docker, Kubernetes, SSH

· CI testing stages
