About the role:

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive internal/external relationship management for assigned FIS client.

About the team: 

  • We are a team of Project Managers specializing in delivering client engagements and strategic internal initiatives for Capital Markets.
  • Our mission is to make Delivery Excellence part of every PM's DNA.  
  • We drive projects for clients across APAC, EMEA and Americas for multiple Lines of Business, namely Lending, Treasury & Risk and Trade & Asset Services.
  • We drive projects which are “New Product Implementations” or “Product Upgrades” varying in duration from a few months to more than a year.
  • We generally look for Project Managers with PMP Certification and with specialized knowledge.

What you will be doing:

This position is for Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing client deliveries globally, work with clients to document requirements, design, develop, and deliver client customizations. You will be providing client support across multiple time zones and assisting clients during installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

  • Manage SOW’s/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements.
  • Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client.
  • Forecast revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets.
  • Define and manage Project plans, Project Risks & issues.
  • Allocate and monitor work of project team, providing direction and support.
  • Creation of Project status reports and participate in client status calls.
  • Manage client deliveries, provide post-delivery support.
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
  • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.

What you will need:

  • Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent.
  • Min 13-15 years of experience on Project Management
  • Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans
  • Good experience in managing project budgets, digital forecasts, resource allocations in PlanView
  • Good Lending domain experience
  • Strong experience in Project Management
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, PlanView, Monday.com.
  • Deep understanding of service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL), and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This includes incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. You should be able to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
  • You should possess leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members. This includes the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • You should have knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.
  • You should have a mindset of continuous improvement. You should proactively identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive efficiency in service delivery.
