Job Responsibilities for Project Manager

What You Will Be Doing  

• Must have 6+ years of work experience in information technology within at least 4 years as Project Manager
• Should have min 4+ years of experience in Scrum master’s in development projects
• Should have 4+ years of experience in Agile development projects
• Should have extensively worked on min 3 - 4 development projects and & managing large and complex projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
• Extensively worked on various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles, e.g., conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, classic or traditional waterfall phases of analysis, design, development, testing, implementation

What will you Bring

• Advanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects, e.g., MS Project and auxiliary tools, such as earned value database, audit tools, project repository, including risk, issues and action items database, SLIM Estimate, Metrics and Control, Plainview, Platinum Process Continuum
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
• Experience in managing large, complex Agile projects, including to organizations converting from traditional waterfall to Agile.
• Experience in managing large, complex development projects
• Extensive experience with resource forecasting and financial reporting.
• Previous experience with Agile development methodologies; use of Jira to manage Agile development projects.
• Nice to have Mainframe / Java projects working exposure
• Nice to have SAFe working exposure – at least year
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Educational Qualification: • B.E., B.tech, MBA
