About the role:

Plan tests, produce test scripts core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Train and communicate with clients on systems application.

• Leading initiatives to improve QA processes and methodologies across all level.
• Leads initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in QA practices.
• Mentors and trains other QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
• Engages with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive quality assurance across the development lifecycle.
• Work effectively with all departments (e.g., Dev, DevOps, technical writers, BA) to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance and support to different teams, helping them develop their skills.
• Expert Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of the domain, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with testing and product quality.
• Business Acumen: Ability to align testing strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Domain-Specific Tools: Proficiency in using domain-specific tools and platforms for testing and quality assurance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product’s end-to-end workflows and integration points.
• Knowledge of competitive products and industry standards.
• Ability to provide valuable feedback on product design and usability.
• Should be able to help and guide team on estimation.
• Mastery of advanced testing methodologies and tools ((Nunit, Jmeter) Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in end-to-end test automation and orchestration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and services (Azure) for scalable testing environments
• Developing POC incorporating cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in C# and automation tools.
• Hands on experience using software test automation framework to build automated tests, including the keyword test automation framework
• Have very good automation and debugging skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Experience of being a Critical thinker and problem-solver, Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
