As an Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects and work alongside team mentor, who will work with you in order to help you to develop and improve your skills on daily basis. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship.

We are looking for recent graduates or students in their final year of study to work and gain practical knowledge during internship. Candidates will get an opportunity for a full-time employment after six-moths internship program (based on their completion of studies and internship performance).

GTM Learning Analyst Intern

What you will be doing:

The GTM analyst intern will work on the GTM Learning Enablement team reporting into the Head Beth Harding & working alongside team member Jacqueline Murphy.

They will be assigned a dedicate local mentor in the Belgrade office.

The intern will learn and get exposure to the Learning Culture within Capital Markets including primarily the FIS University program which is strong in Belgrade.

The program allows for a creative person to make contributions and to get involved, will provide exposure to all levels within the business and an excellent opportunity to see the Learning Enablement program in practice.

A few of the key GTM Learning Enablement activities are -

  • Event planning for FISU workshops

  • Engaging with local recruitment teams

  • Managing workshop content & logistics 

  • Working alongside FISU Program owner for ad hoc requests

  • Attending and facilitating workshops and learning events

  • Co-ordinate across Inclusion Networks re. events and activities

  • Maintain annual calendar of FIS-U start dates and Learning Weeks

  • Engage Speakers\Execs for Onboarding and Extended Learning

  • Engage existing\alumni FIS-U members for Panel sessions

  • Social Event Bookings

  • Scavenger Hunts (both general and office specific)

  • Buddy liaison

  • Hiring Manager liaison

  • Maintain Resource List of Knowledge Experts

  • Follow-up surveys and collation of results

  • Contribute to LE Sharepoint

Skills/Personality - Preferred

We are looking for a confident individual that can take instruction and work to deadlines.

They need to be comfortable connecting with people, gathering information and being creative.

Independent worker but a good mixer.

What you bring:

  • University graduate or in final year of studies with 3 or less exams left before graduation in social sciences or related disciplines

  • Excellent communications skills are expected

  • Written and spoken English is required
