About the role:

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support the organization's workforce management and financial forecasting efforts

  • Lead CX forecasting, financial planning, and workforce management
  • Oversee hiring processes, contractor approvals, and attrition analysis
  • Drive automation initiatives using Alteryx and PowerBI
  • Optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage job requisitions and prepare executive summaries for leadership review
  • Ensure timely resolution of Finance requests and streamline executive information

What you will be doing:

  • Utilize Alteryx (desirable) and PowerBI to analyse, visualize, and report on complex data sets
  • Create, document, and illustrate technical data using advanced visualization tools
  • Perform data testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Support CX in monthly financial forecasting cycles
  • Analyse monthly exit, hiring, and attrition counts and rates
  • Oversee monthly hiring processes and approvals
  • Manage the workforce team, including contractors and automation needs
  • Support the optimization of current processes and introduce new or modified processes
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Investigate reasons for missing JR submissions and advise on corrective actions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve finance requests timely
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior management review
  • Check and validate each JR, interpreting justifications provided by hiring managers
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all data analysis and reporting tasks
  • Maintain and update QuickBase to keep it clean and current
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay updated on new technologies and processes in data analysis and visualization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in workforce management
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis

What you will need:

  • A master’s degree, such as an MBA or equivalent in related field can provide additional skills and knowledge, making the candidate more competitive
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification: Lean Six Sigma training and certification can help the candidate improve processes and reduce waste, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management Certification: A certification like the Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE 2, Organization Change Management, or PRAXIS™.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization Certification: Certifications in data analysis and visualization tools like Alteryx and PowerBI, Tableau can help to derive insights from data and improve decision-making processes.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in service delivery OR Project / Program Management

  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
  • Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
