Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As a senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the project objectives and achieving its KPIs. You will orchestrate project planning and execution, overseeing cross-functional processes, stakeholders, and teams to ensure the seamless, best-in-class implementation and optimisation of Salesforce solutions in alignment with Fireblocks' strategic and business requirements.

You’ll be:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables while fostering best practices in business processes and Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and track KPIs to ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, and user satisfaction.
  • Address roadblocks and challenges promptly, adjusting the project plan as needed.
  • Manage project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  •  Oversee and sync the work of project team members, including architects, administrators, business analysts, developers and consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work closely with business leads, providing a deep knowledge of sales, finance, service, and marketing processes and advising on best practices and benchmarks.
  •  Ensure alignment in cross-department policies and business processes.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns. Prepare status reports and presentations for management discussions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that final deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Proactively communicate with key stakeholders and users to detect problems early and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices to improve project delivery processes continuously.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading complex Salesforce implementation projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  •  In-depth knowledge of Business processes, especially in Sales, Finance, Services, and Marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customisations, including CPQ.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and conflicts.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications- an advantage
