We're seeking an outstanding and passionate Software Engineering Manager to join our growing R&D team.

You will work in an energetic startup environment following Agile concepts and methodologies. Joining the company at this unique and exciting stage in our growth journey creates an exceptional opportunity to take part in shaping Finaloop’s team and technology at the forefront of Fintech and AI.

What you'll do:

• Manage a product engineering team delivering customer value at scale

• Lead and mentor a team of talented and experienced engineers

• Own a material part of the Finalop's system - its vision, delivery, and business impact

• Be a key player in the product engineering leadership, shaping our culture and standards as we grow rapidly

• Liaise with product managers, designers, and peer development teams to deliver high-quality capabilities to our customers

• Experiment with and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the market

Tech stack: AWS Serverless, Kubernetes, NodeJS, Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale

• Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture

• 2+ years experience in building and growing an R&D team

• Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and distributed systems

• Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation

• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

And it would be great if you have (optional):

• Frontend development experience and understanding

• Experience working in a dynamic startup company

• DevOps and infra-oriented experience
