Technology Internship Program 

The Role: Fidelity Investments is seeking the best and brightest to join our Summer 2025 Technology Internship Program. This internship will help you develop the technical, professional, and interpersonal skills that will be valuable throughout your career. Working side by side with some of the best technologists in the industry, you will perform relevant work with direct impact on our business and customers. The Internship Program also provides a robust series of events for interns including volunteer days and outings for networking. 

 

Our Internships Can Be Focused in the Following Areas: 

Full-Stack Engineer: Interns will collaborate with team members to architect, develop, modify, test, and deploy software solutions while working on active business projects. 

  • Tech stack 

  • Java, Python, D, C++, C#, etc. 

  • Object Oriented Principals (OOP) 

  • Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc. 

  • Back-End and Data (APIs, DBs – such as Mongo DB, MySQL, etc.) 

Data Engineer: Interns will develop skills related to data sourcing, storage, cleansing, and building analytical algorithms by utilizing raw data Develop scalable and distributed platforms using a variety of frameworks to process high volume, high velocity of structured and unstructured data. 

  • Tech stack:  

  • Python, Java, SQL 

  • Databases: My SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc. 

  • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power Bi 

Mobile Engineer: Interns will design, program and develop front-end applications in Fidelity’s expanding digital platforms.   

  • Tech stack:  

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Ionic  

  • Native Android  

  • Native iOS: Swift 

Systems Engineer: Interns will design, debug, test and collaborate with the business on configuration managementWill gain exposure to infrastructure, architecture & administration, network protocols and database technologies. 

  • Tech stack:  

  • Python, C++, C#, Java, Perl 

  • Scripting languages: Shell, PowerShell, Bash, R, etc. 

  • Operating Systems (OS): Linux, Unix 

  • Network infrastructure and administration: servers, routers/

  • Current pursuit of Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Technology major 

  • Creativity and real enthusiasm for working with technology to tackle business problems

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
