Job Title – Software Engineer

The Purpose of This Role

In this role, you will serve as the Technology Engineer focusing on design & development and delivery of high quality, timely and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment which meet functional and non-functional business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests

  • Drive important technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path forward

  • Use your experience and knowledge to influence better software design, promote accurate software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security

  • Proven track record of working in collaborative teams to deliver high quality data solutions in a multi-developer agile environment following coding standard methodologies and modern CI/CD pipelines.

  • Can work with supervisor to plan tasks and estimate their completion.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new things and adopt and adjust to changing conditions.

  • Your ability to communicate well with team and customer, both written and verbally & attention to detail

  • Maintains a broad understanding of our systems, customers, and business goals.

The Skills and Expertise we are looking for

  • Front end: ASP.Net,MVC, CSS, C#.Net, TSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, LINQ, Entity Framework, ADO.Net,API

  • Middle Ware: Strong experience in SOAP, REST, WCF

  • Backend: SQL Server/Oracle

  • The ability to code in more than one programming language and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.   • Apply state-of-the-art tools and methods to enable efficiency, performance and agility through automating DevOps processes, continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

  • You have the drive and ability to deliver software with a high degree of automation Ability to blend development with testing by participating in quality efforts. We consider software quality is ensured through prevention rather than detection.

  • You have proficiency in Windows and IIS.

  • Mastery of professional practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Refactoring Techniques)

  • Mastery with our development tools (Visual Studio, Power Shell, Bitbucket (Git), Jira)

It offers advisor tools and client tools, as well as advisor brand media solutions. In addition, the company provides Lead Bring together, an interactive online workflow designed specifically for financial advisors to attract, engage, and qualify leads through their online marketing efforts; customer support services; and training through classroom, Web, and its eMoney university. It serves broker dealers and insurance companies, as well as a network of independent RIAs, individual financial advisors, and planning professionals.
