Leverages scripts and ETL/data migration expertise (SSIS, Informatica) to establish and manage platform integrations. Designs, builds, and supports critical solutions for applications using SQL. Simplifies and modernizes our ecosystem by leveraging Python and PowerShell. Sets up continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to deliver system automation within Postman/API development. Drives innovation and influences the team to implement solutions with forward thinks to resolve technical roadblocks and mitigate potential risks. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.
• Designs applications or subsystems on major projects and for/in multiple platforms.
• Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
• Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
• Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
• Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.
• Responsible for post-installation testing of any problems.
• Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope.
• Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.
• Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing Test strategy/plan and implementing distributed full-stack Web applications using Java and Angular.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) designing Test strategy/plan and implementing distributed full-stack Web applications using Java and Angular.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) designing Test Strategy/Plan for complex projects using TestRail or Xray; implementing, testing, and debugging highly-scaled, secure Agile planning platforms services according to Agile methodologies; developing automated test suites using Cypress or Playwright.
• DE creating Continuously Integrated and Continuously Deployed (CI/CD) pipelines, using Git, Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy; performing quality gates enforcement based on test code coverage and quality, using Junit, Mockito, and Sonar; and publishing deployments from Docker to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• DE analyzing and developing Web applications using modern API-based service architecture, using Angular, Spring Framework, and PL/SQL Oracle.
