DATA ENGINEER

The Role

The Common Data Platform (CDP) team build data capabilities to enable FFIO’s accounting and investment management support services. As a Data Engineer, you will help us to craft and deliver world-class data platforms and services. You’ll be an integral part of the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment as a member of an agile, multi-functional team.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering / Computer Science, etc…) required

• 3+ years of experience implementing data solutions in an Oracle environment is required

• Deep understanding with data analysis, modeling, and related concepts; financial industry experience a plus

• Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL technologies (Informatica)

• Knack for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code

• Experience with CI/ CD process tools and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory)

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is strongly preferred

• Exposure to Python, R, data quality tools, scripting languages, agile development methodology and utPLSQL will be a plus
