What You'll Do
- Work hands-on with Federal and Commercial prospects and customers to communicate the value of Fiddler technology; from demo to implementation and ensure the successful use of the Fiddler product, including installation, model onboarding, security set up, and integration with other systems
- Work directly with the sales team to understand our customers' technical needs, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, and ultimately close deals
- Present to executives, customers, and technical teams to convey the technical vision of Fiddler and the value of our platform
- Conduct training sessions with customers and potential partners to help with knowledge transfer
- Help author and contribute to market-facing publications, documentation, and FAQs
- Build relationships with Senior Technical stakeholders, to enable them to become Fiddler advocates and power users
- Successfully facilitate scoping and delivery of Proof of Concepts
- Act as technical liaison between Fiddler product management, marketing, engineering, and customer success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in pre-sales or consulting
- High level of proficiency with AI techniques and tools
- Experience implementing AI solutions with deep-learning frameworks – especially for computer vision problems using PyTorch and common model architectures like ResNet and YOLO
- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT management
- Working knowledge of ML Operations and methodologies
- Familiarity with devops/infrastructure technologies, particularly Git, Docker and KubernetesHistory of success in technical sales or solutions at the enterprise level preferred
- Strong communication skills and empathetic listener
- Ideal candidates will have proven success in managing proof of concepts (PoV) and deployment of technical products, as well as experience directly supporting or working within public sector organizations
- Legally authorized to work within the US without the need for current or future company sponsorship
