We are seeking a Software Development Lead who is passionate about innovation and emerging technologies. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance our operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, Azure Cloud, Python, and AI, with experience in CRM and Supply Chain functionalities. You will leverage proficiency with AI development tools and frameworks to build intelligent, data-driven applications that drive business value.

Primary Responsibilities 

Innovation & Technology Exploration: 

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and AI/ML advancements 

• Research, prototype, and develop innovative AI/ML solutions to enhance operational efficiency 

• Leverage Azure AI services for building smart, data-driven applications 

• Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team 

Technical Leadership & Development: 

• Design and develop high-performance applications using .NET (C#), Python, and Azure Cloud services 

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions with best practices in security, DevOps, and CI/CD 

• Work on real-time data integration, automation, and process optimization 

• Optimize CRM and supply chain functionalities through AI-driven insights and process automation 

Team Management & Collaboration: 

• Lead a team of software developers, mentoring them in cutting-edge technologies and best practices 

• Collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain and QA teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions 

• Conduct code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training workshops 

• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving 

Project & Stakeholder Management: 

• Drive Agile development and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions 

• Translate business needs into scalable, high-impact software solutions 

• Work closely with web/mobile developer, data scientists, and industry experts to implement AI-driven solutions 

• Ensure documentation, compliance, and security best practices are followed 

 

Required Experience 

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role 

• Strong experience with .NET and C# frameworks for enterprise application development 

• Experience with Azure Cloud (Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Azure AI/ML services) 

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI development tools and assistants (IDE copilots, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) 

• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, intelligent decision-making, and real-time data analytics 

• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) 

• Strong experience in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and supply chain technologies 

• Experience leveraging Machine Learning to develop AI-powered solutions that enhance performance and efficiency 

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in CRM, supply chain, and automation (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP) 

• Exposure to MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML, Kubeflow) 

• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and cross-functional collaboration experience 

 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Kotlin or Java development 

• Experience with Python for data science and ML applications 

• Experience with agentic AI systems or AI agents 

• Data modeling and Database design expertise 

• Familiarity with SharePoint administration
