The Role

We’re seeking a creative, self-driven Senior Product Lead to join the Discoverability Collective and shape the future by creating meaningful, consumer-focused experiences that unlock discovery and elevate engagement. In this role, you’ll lead product development for a cross-functional product and engineering Pack (or a Collective of Packs). You’ll set the strategy, identify key pain points and opportunities, and deliver innovative software solutions that drive both customer and business success.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A track record of launching high-quality products and customer experiences on time, with positive outcomes (or valuable learnings).
  • Has relevant experience in building emotionally compelling user-experiences, driving exploration, and unlocking discovery in a content or shopping domain
  • Demonstrated and measured success in a consumer-facing app or product executing strategies that increased consumer engagement or monetization 
  • Strong product instincts: you intuitively understand what customers want and deliver novel solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Relentlessly curious, leveraging hypotheses and data to guide priorities and decision-making.
  • An excellent communicator and approachable collaborator, comfortable working with engineering, UX, analytics, go-to-market (GTM), and operational teams.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and make confident decisions.
  • Comfortable relying on data and insights to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment but capable of using logic to act when information is incomplete.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high motor: you actively seek ways to shorten timelines and maximize impact without sacrificing quality.

Scope Of Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a compelling product strategy and vision, balancing quarterly objectives with long-term goals to ensure Fetch’s continued success.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams through clear and effective communication.
  • Immerse yourself in the Product/UX team, your Pack, and Fetch’s technology to deeply understand the environment and opportunities.
  • Become an expert in the Fetch experience and your subject area.
  • Combine strong product instincts with data to make informed decisions and deliver impactful results.
  • Partner with UX/design, engineering, QA, and data teams to lead the definition, execution, launch, and evaluation of innovative product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with peers to elevate Fetch’s product offerings, team capabilities, and overall impact.
  • Consistently deliver meaningful improvements that benefit users, partners, and the business.
