About the Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team. In this role, to build, you will work with other engineers to maintain, and improve backend services that support our products.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and front-end applications to ensure secure, efficient solutions.
- Write clean, reusable code following best practices for both backend and front-end development.
- Collaborate with product managers and QAs to implement new features and enhance user experience.
- Optimize database queries and manage data storage for seamless functionality.
- Manage containerized backend applications and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Contribute to product development, participate in code reviews, and help shape the app’s roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend and front-end issues to ensure smooth functionality.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, focusing on backend and front-end.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of system design, microservices, and clean coding principles for both backend and front-end.
- Experience with at least one backend framework (e.g., Golang, Node.js, Python, Ruby) and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching (like Redis).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable backend services and app performance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with continuous delivery tools (like ArgoCD)
- Experience with observability tools (like DataDog)
- Experience in performance monitoring and profiling
- Experience participating in design reviews or technical planning
