The Graduate Talent Grand Prix is a structured, multi-stage selection process designed to identify the strongest STEM graduates in Italy.

Overview of the Role

As part of the Data Science team based in our Ferrara office, you will support the development and delivery of AI-driven and data-focused solutions across the business.

You will:

• Develop and improve data-driven and AI-based solutions
• Work on real use cases across investment, risk and operations
• Translate business needs into practical technical outputs
• Collaborate with senior team members on model development and deployment
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and build scalable solutions
• Contribute to building tools used across the business

Requirements

You must have:

• Right to work in Italy (no visa sponsorship)
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Graduated or graduating by September 2026

Academic background:

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or related STEM field
• Other STEM degrees will also be considered
• Master’s degree preferred

Skills:

• Python – strong proficiency
• Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in AI applications and building practical solutions
• Experience working with data and developing models
• Exposure to LLMs through coursework, projects or experimentation is a plus
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
