Job Description
SF Technology - Software Engineering - Lead Associate
•Design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
•Play a lead technical role in large/complex projects in development teams' efforts to determine unit needs and business processes that are automated by the application.
•Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories need in new/revised applications or large/complex development projects.
•Participate in code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to the original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns as appropriate. •Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production in order to make quick repair to keep application in production.
•Serve as a technical lead for an Agile team and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstration and team retrospectives.
•Leverage Fannie Mae DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, test and promote new or updated features.
•Mentor less experienced team members.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and five years of progressive software engineering experience in the mortgage finance industry with at least 4 years using Application Programming Interface (API), Java, Spring, Spring Integration, BitBucket, CSS, Cucumber, Excel, HTML, JIRA, Java, JavaScript, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Jenkins, PL/SQL, Python, SQL, Selenium, UNIX, XML, Oracle XML. AWS (including EC2, S3, RDS PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS) and Agile practices and methodologies, and serving as technical project lead.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
