As a valued colleague on our team, you will design, develop, test, and/or maintain moderately complex hardware, technology, and/or processes.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Information Security Technology - Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a product SME for PingIdentity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, Davinci)
  • Looking for product-specific SMEs that can handle responsibilities pertaining to configuring, customizing, maintaining, deploying these products.
  • Serve as an SME in all areas of Single Sign On solution, provide subject matter expertise for Architecture, Planning and Roadmap sessions.
  • Work experience of large scale SSO solution implementation using PingIdentity Suite of products.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on Ping Identity products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Ping Identity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Ping Identity products and implementations.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years years of experience with enterprise-level implementation and integration with PingIdentity products, with a focus on the Ping Identity Products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, Davinci) and zero trust architecture coupled with robust communication & leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies.
  • Experience with AWS cloud-based environments and deployment models.
  • Experience with highly complex risk issues in a technology environment and appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with implementation of DevOps model of PingIdentity suite of products at cloud and on-perm SSO solutions.
  • Implementation experience with multi-tenant SSO solution including directories.
  • Experience in design, engineering, delivery and support for customer-centric identity capabilities with single sign-on, multifactor authentication, OpenID Connect/OAuth, and LDAP
  • Exposure to orchestration and decision technologies (i.e. Transmit Security, PingOne DaVinci, etc..) along with modern threat/risk engines (i.e. PingOne Protect, ThreatMetrix, BioCatch, etc..)
  • Knowledge of PaaS/ IaaS security evaluation and design.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical, architectural documentation including runbooks, User Journey Orchestration/Flow Design & Configuration.
  • Experience troubleshooting Federation (SSO) logs in a SIEM tool, preferably Splunk 
  • Experience with programming like javascript, java or python.

  • The group of skills related to Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
  • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information
  • Skilled in creating and managing databases with the use of relevant software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
  • Experience in using and maintaining password management software such as Duo, IAG NuID, and/or Ping Identity
  • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OS
  • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion


Tools

  • Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
  • Skilled in ServiceNow to manage digital workflows
