The Sr Manager, Business Process Project Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain (SCM) Business Process function in accordance with GAAP and corporate policy. Building and executing an operational strategy to deliver superior customer experience while driving scalable business processes in a well-controlled environment is a primary responsibility.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Technology, Change Management and select Operational and Finance members to create state of our business process documentation around SCM with a key shared goal to communicate the status of Oracle implementation and the team’s operational readiness ahead of pending 2025 go lives for Commerce and Collectibles
- Partner with the other Process Documentation teams at FHI to ensure proper connectivity and handoffs are documented accordingly.
- Be a key collaborative team mate to the Oracle Brands Supply Chain implementation currently underway. Where appropriate, ensure consistent processes are followed
- Ensure processes are following company policies and procedures, Sarbanes Oxley internal controls and all local and international statutory requirements where required.
- Collaborate with the leadership across the organization to achieve the company’s goals including bringing insights and ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
- The SCM team is located in Sunnyvale, Texas. Frequent travel to this location is expected.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration or finance or engineering. Operational experience a plus.
- Advanced / Master’s Degree in supply chain management or business administration preferred, with 3 to 7+ years of experience leading business transformations of medium to large magnitude.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES NECESSARY FOR A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- 7+ Years of experience leading transactional SCM processes; Oracle Fusion experience preferred including manufacturing, streamlining/integration experience, SKU complexity and printing services
- Hands-on experience during an Oracle Cloud implementation; specifically focused on design and testing phases to ensure process implemented aligns to testing and training content
- Experience working with leading process design and documentation tools which enhances cross team collaboration
- Strong leadership and management skills, including possessing the ability to quickly identify, address and resolve employee related issues
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with all management levels
- Requires strong business acumen, including general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment in decision making process
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to design, document, and implement process improvements
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple large-scale and/or complex projects and proven ability to successfully lead a multi-faceted team and address challenging and potentially controversial issues in a sound professional and business-like manner.
In NYC, the salary range for this position is $168,000-$210,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
