JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• FactSet is seeking for a Full Stack Engineer with good problem solving skills to join our engineering team responsible for building effective web applications and design the frameworks with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Proactive in providing Technical solutions with effective communication & collaboration skills.
• Ownership on end-end product & Individual contribution.
• Ability to contribute to forward design ideas, code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Work in agile team environment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Performance Improvements with the help of metrics provided by automatic monitoring of product.
• Ensure high stability of product.
• Continuous Knowledge sharing internal & external of Team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of overall industry experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science
• Proficient in frontend technologies such as Vue.js (preferred) or ReactJS and experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Strong knowledge on programming languages Python (preferred), Pandas, NumPy and Node.js
• Experience with Database Technologies Relational database and NoSQL. Preferably  relational database like MSSQL, POSTGRES
• Experience in building REST APIs
• Strong Communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible with time zones / shifts and a willingness to handle on-call responsibilities
• Experience with GitHub-based development processes
• Organized, self-directed, and resourceful with the ability to appropriately prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Requirements:

• Experience AWS Technologies
• Experience of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with Agile software development (Scrum is a plus)
