Overview

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills. 

 

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions. Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect-fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience.

The Summer 2027 Internship Program takes place from June 2nd to August 5th. This internship is located at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

What will you be working on this Summer? 

• Build and update a project schedule, including setting dependencies and resources 
• Identify issues and risks, and coordinate individuals to solve problems
• Publish clear, accurate, and consistent project status reports 
• Attend recurring status meetings and with PMO leadership 
• Assist with diverse initiatives across Home Office business systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail physical store operations
• Gain exposure to multiple project management methods from waterfall to agile/scrum
• Support PMO leadership with portfolio-level reporting, template updates, and internal process enhancements

Requirements

• Available to:
• Work full-time (40 hours per week) 
• Embrace our four-days-in-office approach
• Relocate to office location (Housing accommodations not provided)
• Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th)
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
