Job Description

What You'll Do

Experian is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. We are passionate about building high-quality products that positively impact users while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for our teams. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build real-world applications and grow their technical skills.

• Develop and maintain the development using Java tech stacks.
• Work with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, BitBucket, and Confluence
• You will be reporting to the Software Engineering Manager
• You will use AI assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting and overall delivery effectiveness.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes, creating, repeatable, and efficient deployment practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

What We're Looking for

• 0–2 years of software development experience (or equivalent experience through internships, academic projects, or bootcamps)
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software using technologies such as React, Angular, Java, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, PostgreSQL and related tools.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
• Exposure to databases, APIs, and application development concepts
• Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
