Looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Web Application React/Nest.js/C#/.Net8) to join its Technology team.

The candidate would possess a strong analytical mind, be a technical and creative thinker, have a strong aptitude for problem solving, and have zero tolerance for inefficiencies in product development & deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about different products and technologies.

Suggesting and driving forward infrastructure and tooling improvements that enable the business to confidently operate at pace. Individual will also be responsible for ensuring customer successes by providing necessary support to business-critical applications.

What you’ll need to bring

• Programming, Technology & Script Skills:

o Solid experience in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.

o Proficiency in React.js, Nest.js frameworks.

(Must Have)

o Strong understanding of - Node.js , C#, .Net 8

(Nice to Have)

o Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, WebSocket and RESTful APIs,

o Test-Driven Development (Cypress, Jest, xUnit etc)

o Open API / Swagger

• DB Skills:

o Experience in working with SQL databases, preferably MariaDB or similar. (Mysql/DB2)

• Networking:

o Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH).

• Architecture:

o Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and its implementation on Cloud (AWS Preferably).

• DevOps: o Continuous integration and continuous deployment experience and exposure to DevOps practices.

o Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. • UI/UX Design:

o Experience in designing state of the art frontend applications.

• Agile Methodologies: o Experience with Agile software development and project management methodologies.

• Experience with tools: o Git, Jira, SonarQube, VeraCode, Docker. • Customizing: o Ability to customize and adapt existing applications to meet customer requirements.

• Other: o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with customers and cross-functional teams.

o Attitude to manage issues proactively including timely resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities

o Coding for security. ( OWASP Standards) o Fail fast approach to align to product engineering standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand their specific project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Customize and enhance either the existing data management portal or the new Customer Master portal.

• Develop and integrate new REST APIs for seamless communication between the application portal and various external providers.

• Maintain and optimize the backend and frontend components of the data management portal or the new Customer Master portal

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to prevent and resolve any issues or bugs in the system.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the application portal, ensuring it remains up-to-date and secure.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for customer projects.

• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the development team. More about you

• Experience in working in Agile team

• Constant curiosity and a desire to improve yourself and your fellow engineers.

• Exposure to Financial Services and Banking concepts.
