Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Experian Software Solutions team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects for our market leading clients. You will be stepping into this role as a leader and mentor, working closely with a team of senior consultants to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Advanced knowledge of program/project planning/PMO processes
- Experience with project delivery in large and complex organisations with extensive Project Management experience, including knowledge of managing major, cross divisional projects
- Proven track record of successful delivery of software delivery programs and projects from initiation through to full project acceptance
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholder groups ranging from senior business and technology stakeholders to product owners / delivery leads
- Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

- Leading Experian Software Solutions Projects to deliver real change for clients
o Fostering a culture of success
o Delivering and managing large Software Solutions programs/projects in line with Experian the project management methodology
o Day to day management of projects to ensure milestones and key indicators are met; managing project risks and issues, identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals
o Monitor and track project financials
o Take accountability for project quality and identify opportunities to improve project delivery
o Clearly communicating expectations to clients' team members and stakeholder
o Troubleshooting and resolving conflicts; and creating lasting, productive partnerships with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels.

- Advanced knowledge of program/project planning/PMO processes
o Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels
o Extensive negotiating and influencing skills
o Strong ability to facilitate change and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
o Previous experience of working in a financial services environment is desirable.
o Ideally you will have previous experience in credit decisioning and / or collections projects
o You are comfortable owning the overall delivery plan, problem solving where required and driving the project through to successful completion
