You will report into the Head of Agile Project Management.

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered to expected outcomes.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets managing partner expectations.
• Find and address project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Manage project deliverables and not only ensuring visibility but understanding, promoting and mitigating impacts to important success metrics.
• Ensure collaboration among project team members, process owners and partners who could be geographically dispersed across the globe.
• Create opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.
• Enhance Experian project team effectiveness and governance.
• Help implement Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Use Agile tools and data to enhance project delivery.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular communication steering meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and tool sets.
• Project management skills, with experience in delivering projects.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
• A personal style that embraces servant leadership and teamwork
• Financial awareness around forecasting and managing budgets
• Positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams ‘catch the spark’ of change and imagine new possibilities.
