Job Description
Role Summary:
The Digital Procurement Developer will play an essential role in supporting our procurement operations by developing workflows, reporting routines, and automation solutions within the Ironclad CLM tool. With foundational skills in Ironclad, SAP Ariba, or other CLM systems, the individual will provide critical technical support. Strong knowledge of Python for programming, Tableau or Power BI for dashboards, and tools like Power Automate or Automation Anywhere for process automation is required.
Additionally, the individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in procurement processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions, creating interactive dashboards and automating repetitive processes. Furthermore, they will deliver training sessions on technical tools and workflows to enhance team capabilities.
About the role:
- Develop and maintain system configurations, workflow design, change request implementation and reporting routines to provide relevant insights and support decision-making in Ironclad or similar CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and user requirements and develop system configurations and workflows that are scalable to address these needs. Conduct testing and validation to ensure that the expected results are achieved.
- Deliver training on using the CLM system and data visualisation outputs to ensure that users can effectively utilise the CLM system. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to cater for any queries or issues that arise.
- Facilitate buyer support in 5 distinct regions across the globe. You will be a subject matter expert on using the CLM tool and becoming the focal point for queries and requests.
- Develop and design interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and performance metric tracking.
- Proactively identify improvements in data analysis and reporting.
- Automate procurement processes using Python and tools like Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system that assists in procurement operations. Implement enhancements to this automated process which was developed using Power Automate that captures user requests and produces tickets for each request to aid in ticket status monitoring and information gathering.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of implemented procurement workflows through close monitoring, rigorous testing and validation. Gather feedback and from end users to improve the workflows.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field & a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience.
- Core knowledge in using and maintaining Ironclad, SAP Ariba, or other CLM systems.
- Knowledge in Python programming language is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for interactive dashboard development.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
- Ability to communicate well to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in delivering accurate, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
