Project Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor critical project milestones and adherence to company standards.
- Leading deals, partnerships, and commercial processes with clients from end-to-end.
Client Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Understand client needs and ensure project outcomes align with their expectations.
- Leading deals, partnerships, and commercial processes with clients from end-to-end.
- Own and ensure clients satisfaction to extend usage and renew booking with customer.
- Identification and creation of business opportunities and commercial relationships with potential clients.
Deliverables and Reporting:
- Create and manage operational documents such as project plans, updates, and performance reports.
- Present project progress and outcomes to clients and internal teams.
Decision Making and Crisis Management:
- Make informed decisions under pressure and manage project-related crises effectively.
- Address client concerns with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Team and Resource Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and business development.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and team alignment on project objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/ law / business administration/engineering- a must.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role- a must.
- Background in the infrastructure or civil engineering industry – an advantage
- Ability to work at a high pace and in a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing technological company – a must.
- Previous experience with Ms Project and Monday- a must.
- Strong social connections skills and ability to build and maintain relationships- a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- a must.
- High organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines- a must.
- Previous experience working with significant business clients (B2B / B2G) – an advantage
- Previous experience in business development processes in the infrastructure world or in Enterprise Sales – an advantage
