Job description

Join Exodigo as an Execution Manager, where you will be responsible for turning project plans into successful execution by coordinating teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

We're looking for an experienced Execution Manager to join our team.

The Execution Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed according to company standards, on time, and at the highest quality. The role combines operational leadership, resource planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement to support successful project execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational execution of multiple projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Manage project workload, prioritize activities, and allocate resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify operational risks and execution bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to company quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, improving operational processes, and implementing best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to support the rollout of new products, operational workflows, and tools.
• Maintain operational transparency by communicating project status, risks, delays, and critical issues to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, execution management, or project management, including leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders- a must.
• Fluent English.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
