Head of Project Delivery

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024. 

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to be our Head of Project Delivery for our US Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities, large infrastructure, project management, and strategic planning. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients, engineering consultants, construction professionals and sales teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage Project Managers in the execution of major infrastructure projects. 
• Solve complex utility infrastructure challenges through innovative engineering solutions. 
• Direct and oversee Project Managers, utility engineers, utility coordinators, quality control teams, and CADD teams to ensure successful project execution. 
• Actively participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and project updates. 
• Develop and implement strategic sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team to drive business growth. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License. 
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and project management for major infrastructure projects. 
• Strong background in design, construction, operations, and/or maintenance of major transportation and utility infrastructure systems. 
• Experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects. 
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred. 
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client meetings. 
• Ability to work with colleagues across the globe. 
• Ability to understand, implement and foster new innovations and technologies

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities. 
• Knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and emerging engineering technologies. 

Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
